If 15 days have passed since the moment you received your goods or if any item is not in its original condition — showing damages or missing parts for reasons not due to our error — unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the soles must be unused ( please make sure to try the shoes in a carpeted surface ).
Please note that the colour between a photograph and the original pair of shoes may have slightly different nuances. Although we try to make it as similar as possible, this difference is due to screen colour channels and is something we can't fully control, so it does not count as a defect making the shoes not eligible to refund or exchange.
International Order Refunds
If your order is international, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Weekend Barber will not refund international duty fees. If you have any doubt regarding your international order please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale & Pre-Loved Items
Unfortunately, Sale & Pre-Loved items cannot be refunded/exchanged.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
